Idaho Springs is lucky to have the iconic pizza place, Beau Jo's, downtown. The employees are excellent workers, the management superb and the pizza is amazing!
Amy and I love it here. It's just like family, no kidding. The General Manager, Randy, is the captain of this boat and he knows how to deftly navigate the restaurant business like no one else.
Today, Amy and I trudged in one foot of fresh powder to get to Beau Jo's at 11am. I had walked to Safeway and back earlier in the day with temps in the -9 area.
Amy and I had the pleasure of visiting with Amy's father and stepmother as they were heading to Idaho to move into their new home. Amy misses her family very much.
