Day 48- 7:30am- Missouri Legacy Beef- Columbia Farmers Market

730am and just about set up and ready for the crush of customers at the Columbia Farmers Market.

Mark, Susie and Brett plus myself ready to sell some Omega 3 all natural grass fed franks, hamburgers, steaks you name it!

Mark and Susie have just about everything you can imagine when it comes to their high quality beef!

Brett is the chef today. We have 1/3, 1/2 pound sirloin hamburgers. They have 100% beef franks with no nitrates. Rib eye steaks, KC Strip steaks all of it!

The weather is just about perfect! High of 83 with low humidity. No clouds!

Columbia is a city of about 115,000 people give or take located in north-central Missouri. State Farm...my former employer, has its Regional Office here as well as headquarters for Shelter Insurance. Its a big college town too. Columbia has consistently been voted one of America's best cities to retire.

Its got a Barnes and Noble! Yeah my favorite place!
